Welcome to Misplaced Pages. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Josef Greindl has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Misplaced Pages. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Misplaced Pages. I removed the following link(s): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIvYnsnxkb8. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Misplaced Pages's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Misplaced Pages's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Welcome to Misplaced Pages. The recent edit that you made to the page List of Friday the 13th: The Series episodes has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Please use the sandbox for testing any edits; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing for further information. Thank you. Tarheel95 (talk) 02:13, 1 August 2010 (UTC)

This is the only warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Misplaced Pages again, as you did to Jimmy Carter, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Jmlk17 07:35, 2 August 2010 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

To anyone contemplating further warnings or blocks. I've looked at several of these warnings and they seem to me to be misguided. The Jago v Iago change, for example, is related to a content dispute where both spellings have been used for the character int he opera. Similarly, the linking of what the n-word stands for is a matter of taste and it is not obvious to me that the described mission of the Lost in Space character was a bad faith edit.--Peter cohen (talk) 14:53, 18 August 2010 (UTC)
It wasn't a bad faith edit. It was a CONSTRUCTIVE edit. 207.237.243.185 (talk) 18:47, 18 August 2010 (UTC)

SOmething you might want to think about and comment before he's back from his holiday.

Thansk for your message. If you were wondering why I was looking at those warnings, then the thread I started today at User talk:Elockid should explain it. You might want to comment there or at the relevant thread in WT:WPO. For your information, someone doesn't have to be an admin to post a warning message. In fact block requests at WP:3RR and WP:AIV tend to be refused unless a warning is posted. An if you don't know what Huggle is, it's a tool that lets people look at recent posts for problems and revert them and issue a warning message to the reverted user at the same time. I reckon that both the Jago and n-word warnings were made by people on vandal patrol who weren't paying enough attention when they pressed the button.--Peter cohen (talk) 19:20, 18 August 2010 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 3 months for block evasion. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. Request reason:

Peter Cohen asked you to UNBLOCK me, not to block my IP.

Decline reason:

The place to request unblocking would be User talk:SingingZombie. If consensus exists for unblocking, then we can go from there. TNXMan 19:57, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Clarification for reviewing admin Please see WT:WPO#User:SingingZombie back from the dead and User_talk:Elockid#IP_blocked_for_sockpuppetry_being_used_by_same_person._Possibly_time_to_unblock_the_main_id. for threads I started related to this discussion. If you look at the WT:WPO thread you'll see that this user does not deny being SZ.Let me know if you think AN/I is where to go unless you want to raise it yourself--Peter cohen (talk) 18:58, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

Blocking admin comment: your account is still blocked, so you're technically not allowed to edit. However, I think it would be best for you to appeal your account's block on your talk page. Elockid 19:06, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
I've declined this request, only because the proper forum would be SZ's talk page, not this one. If anyone has questions, please let me know. TNXMan 19:57, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
Wiki is not letting me edit my SingingZombie talk page. Please unblock. 207.237.243.185 (talk) 20:39, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

You have to log in to the SZ account first - I've confirmed that you should be able to edit the SZ talk page if you're logged in to the account. TNXMan 20:45, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

Why did you remove a section of the Das Rheingold article which contained a valid refrence without discussing this on the Talk page? As it stands, it has been regarded as vandalism and reverted by another editor. Viva-Verdi (talk) 18:51, 29 January 2011 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Misplaced Pages, you may be blocked from editing.

Well, if you feel that the reference belongs elsewhere (and there is good justifcation for that), why didn't you place it in the "Comp. hist" section, and make a note to that effect, rather than just removing with no explanation.......??? Viva-Verdi (talk) 16:26, 30 January 2011 (UTC)

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. - Haymaker (talk) 11:06, 17 February 2011 (UTC)

Block evasion

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 6 months for block evasion. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. However, you are most likely to succeed if you follow the directions above and negotiate an unblock at your named account, where the last administrator to decline an unblock request explained: "Merely saying that you understand something doesn't show that you understand. You need to explain what "it" is you won't do anymore, and why doing "it" in the first place got you blocked. If you can demonstrate that you know why you are blocked, (rather than just saying, genericly, "I understand") and if you can explain what you will do differently if you are unblocked, you stand a much better chance of being unblocked." --Moonriddengirl 13:27, 17 February 2011 (UTC)

This user is asking that their block be reviewed:

207.237.243.185 (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

I understand that wiki is not the place for political activism.

Notes:

  • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
  • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2= I understand that wiki is not the place for political activism. |3 = ~~~~}}

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}} with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

{{unblock reviewed |1= I understand that wiki is not the place for political activism. |decline = {{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:

{{unblock reviewed |1= I understand that wiki is not the place for political activism. |accept = accept reason here ~~~~}}
