He got earlier education from Sindh Madrasatul Islam and got first position in matriculation from Bombay University he got religious education from Hyderabad where he attained mastery over the Arabic and English languages, after completion of education he started lectureship. He wrote many books on different social and literary topics and Renowned short story writer Jamal Abro was his son, while researcher and journalist Badar Abro is his grandson
