In application and enforcement of Misplaced Pages:Requests for arbitration/Digwuren#Discretionary sanctions, in consequence of this AE request, you are indefinitely banned from making edits related to the topic of Eastern Europe, as described at WP:TBAN. You can appeal this ban as described at Misplaced Pages:Requests for arbitration/Digwuren#Discretionary sanctions, but if you disregard the ban before it is successfully appealed or lifted, you may be blocked without further warning. Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Poland/Members activity
Hi. I am conducting another activity check for Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Poland. It seems to me that you are "semi-active". Feel free to change your status here as soon as you make 10 or more edits on Poland-related articles per month! --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 19:16, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
- Uh that might come under Jacurek's topic ban. Careful, don't give anyone an excuse to file some stupid report, no matter how flimsy (since flimsiness does not appear to play much of a role in a lot of these decisions).Volunteer Marek (talk) 20:45, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
- Ummm. I meant this as a courtesy note and a reminder. Hopefully in some future time Jacurek will be able to edit again without wikipolitics dropping down on him. Sigh. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 22:32, 14 April 2011 (UTC)

To enforce an arbitration decision, you have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 month for evading your topic ban by editing while logged out, see Misplaced Pages:Sockpuppet investigations/Jacurek. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, please read the guide to appealing arbitration enforcement blocks and follow the instructions there to appeal your block. Sandstein 06:24, 19 April 2011 (UTC)Notice to administrators: In a March 2010 decision, the Committee held that "Administrators are prohibited from reversing or overturning (explicitly or in substance) any action taken by another administrator pursuant to the terms of an active arbitration remedy, and explicitly noted as being taken to enforce said remedy, except: (a) with the written authorization of the Committee, or (b) following a clear, substantial, and active consensus of uninvolved editors at a community discussion noticeboard (such as WP:AN or WP:ANI). If consensus in such discussions is hard to judge or unclear, the parties should submit a request for clarification on the proper page. Any administrator that overturns an enforcement action outside of these circumstances shall be subject to appropriate sanctions, up to and including desysopping, at the discretion of the Committee."
Your explanation here that your cousin made these edits without input from you is not credible. A random person would not without prompting from you make exactly the same sort of reverts that you were banned for. If you continue to evade your ban, the next block is likely to be of indefinite duration. Sandstein 06:26, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- My explanation is %100 true but I understand that you may have doubts. I apologize for the disruption.--Jacurek (talk) 08:28, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- Somebody suggested I should defend myself here but unfortunately not much I can say other that, I'm sorry. My cousin is just 16 years old and I discussed some WP problems with him such as the problem of removal of Polish names from articles about today's Lithuania etc. After I saw the report I called him to ask if he was editing WP recently and he confirmed. The kid made his edits form his home or school so I'm not even sure if our IP's much but because I was aware of the connection I did let you guys know about it. I'm not asking for anything and please do whatever you guys think is appropriate. I just want to let you know what happened. Cheers.--Jacurek (talk) 09:28, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
Please see WP:AN#Proposed community ban: Jacurek. Fut.Perf. ☼ 06:48, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- Regarding the proposed community ban, I have closed the discussion. Based on community consensus, a site-wide ban is not enacted, however the current status quo will remain. That is, your block will remain in place but will expire on its on when it should have anyways, and the existing indefinite topic ban on Eastern European topics, noted above, will also remain in place. --Jayron32 06:29, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
