- Have a poll to see if we need a peereview. Then have a peereview to evaluate that poll. Once the peer review is complete. decide on wheter we should reevaluate this peer review and have a poll to see whether we accept it or not. If accept the decision then go ahead with initial peer review of this article otherwise lay low and sob with our heads in despair signing...
