Hari7478, Don't hide behind the garb that all your articles are researched. You have taken an article from chennaionline by Ms.Gariyali. She is a Kashmiri and many things stated by her in her articles are not facts. They are disputable issues. Perhaps she was tutored by a person who has a grudge. How will an outsider like her know local issues , wherein matters went to Privy Council. For that matter I can state some absurd things and add as a link. Regarding Pillai Lokacharya, if at all you know anything about Srivaishnava sampradaya , there was one Pillai Perumal Ayyanger also who wrote 108 Thirupati Andhadhi. He is not from Vellala caate. Ofcourse caste does not matter, but when people like you pick up points here and there , then dispute arises. The fact remains that the ideas of Pillai Lokacharya are widely aclaimed and very catholic in outlook. The fact remains that Kumara Lokacharya Panchasat is recited in Thondanur and Manamamuni Thaniyan in almost all Divya desams. The way Vadagalais are thronging to Divya desams nowadays proves that they have remained vadagalais only namesake. They have become tengalais by practise. That was what Manavalamamunigal wanted - streghtening of Divya Desams.Any amount of sabre ratling and insinuation will not help. Rather it will only make matters worse and spoil existing relations. Hope better sense prevails.
