This users activity seems to be a part of a broader campaigning reminiscent of the similar cases such as the US Congress staff edits or lobbyist activity.

67.___.___.____ was my ip address. When I created a username, I didn't know how to move the talk page comments to my new talk page (with keeping the timestamps & edit history intact) so I just created a redirect back to my original talk page so that there would not be a loss in continuity. 완젬스 (talk) 22:49, 20 April 2012 (UTC)
