Your addition to London Metropolitan University has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Misplaced Pages without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Misplaced Pages takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Nomoskedasticity (talk) 11:16, 1 April 2012 (UTC)
You can take facts from the history section of the university and state "according to x", or the university's official history states? and then write in the corresponding sentences that you write (not copy and paste). Do your own work and cite it and then the content you want to add can be included. But as the other editor told you, the exact text is already on the university's website, why would we want to repost it? This isn't facebook or social media.LuciferWildCat (talk) 21:40, 1 April 2012 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Goulston street.atrium.jpg
A tag has been placed on File:Goulston street.atrium.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Misplaced Pages takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. Stefan2 (talk) 00:32, 5 May 2012 (UTC)
