The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas (film)
Do you consider removing "gay" from The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas (film) vandalism? cheers Jim1138 (talk) 10:04, 22 May 2012 (UTC)
- BTW suggestion: Misplaced Pages:Don't template the regulars Jim1138 (talk) 10:09, 22 May 2012 (UTC)
- Hello, No, I don't! Please accept my apologies. You are correct. I got in a muddle. I have to blame it on my old mouse! Then one error escalated into another... I have put it back now as I and you believe it should be. Please let me know when you see this to put my mind at rest.
- As for the template, we are looking into that at STiki. It should not have been issued.

- An "Oops cheers!" would have been more than adequate. We all make mistakes. Some of us even have help from Huggle or STiki! Thanks for the note. Jim1138 (talk) 16:27, 22 May 2012 (UTC)

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Frood! What did I break now? 00:05, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
Bonita, California
I'm being told that the IP's edits to the Bonita, California page are not vandalism. Personally, I feel it is, but since it's disputable, it's edit war/3rrable. Just a heads up. I've posted on the IP's talk page. AndrewN 00:15, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
- Yea, seemed to have gotten carried away. WP:NOT3RR allows revert of offensive language, etc. Thanks Jim1138 (talk) 00:15, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
- We'll see what happens at AIV. They've been reported for a while. So far, no response from them. AndrewN 00:18, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
OMG
I'm so sorry for the warns I'd give you. I don't know what's wrong with my HG. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 04:42, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
Earlier I tried to update the URL for this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/3_%28New_York_City_Subway_service%29 by putting the URL of the new location of the JoeKorNer. The original image was on this page: http://thejoekorner.quuxuum.org/rollsigns/irtend.html which was moved a number of years ago to http://www.thejoekorner.com/rollsigns/irtend.html The actual image is now http://www.thejoekorner.com/rollsigns/irtendno3.gif
I can be reached at joekor@thejoekorner.com
Sorry for the confusion.

Yes, that was a mistake (a pretty bad one). I added my support, and somehow a lot of stuff got deleted. Anyways, as you said, it was restored, and I wrote my support again, so it should be good. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Activism1234 (talk • contribs) 04:58, 24 May 2012 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: Erebus haunted house
Hello Jim1138, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Erebus haunted house, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Not unambiguously promotional. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 14:21, 24 May 2012 (UTC)
Your input is requested
Hi, I noticed you have recently edited the Jerry Macaluso article. There has been an IP that has been constantly removing "promotional" information and adamantly wants the article deleted or merged. could you please reply to their section on the talk page of the article, input from a more experienced editor will surely help. Thanks, GouramiWatcher 16:18, 24 May 2012 (UTC)
