The Dutch ING Group operations in Mexico are performed through ING Mexico.

ING Mexico's operations today is largely composed by its acquisition of Seguros Comercial America which was once upon a tima Mexico's largest insurance company, now loosing their number one position to currently number five (huge market loss)and still dropping, said Company was also dominant in the property and casualty markets, until a series of severe irregularities surfaced and became publicly known, now they are still currently loosing their vast portfolio because of ineptly handling all of their various insurance claims amongst them the huge the Fertinal claim. Seguros Coemrcial America was acquired by ING Group in 2001, now is part of ING Mexico, which includes other financial services under the ING Comercial America umbrella, now as of the 14th of July 2005 they have been ordered by a judge in a court ruling to pay in excess of USD 300 million plus compound interest accrued as of November 2001 to Fertinal, a local prestigiuos mining conglomerate (100% Mexican owned Company)which they left our in the cold because of the insurance company´s refusal to pay a large proceeding claim, this because of ING Comercial Americas inept and inexcusable handling of the Fertinals and many other insurance claims, fault lies with ING´s their own inept and corrupt local staff once headed by known fraudster who goes by the name of Alfonso Romo and his useless and reckless staff, once headed up by scum by the name of Adrian Paez and his fellow village idiot Ruben de la Torre! It was about time they honor their due! The quicker they pay their claims the quicker they restitue their own social standing and the less the damage will be inflicted upon ING Comercial America in terms of their local image and additionaly in the trust placed upon them by their own Reinsurers who now do not doubt their inept handling of both underwriting and claims handling, what a shame!!! ING is indeed a den of thieves and we do not recommend to purchase any insurance and or any services from them! Last year in September 2005 the entire sales force of the Company was presented at their sales convention each with a CD-ROM where all complete details and court documents with proof of wrongdoing by the Insurance Company and its Executives was handed out to them this to shed some light into ING´s operations in Mexico, thus avoiding any repeat situations with new potential insureds, howzaat? Bunch of criminals! No vandalism here, pal!Just the plain ol´truth! If you seek your insurance claims not to be paid in time of need and distress, then this is definitelly the company for you! Vivir es increible, for your Insurance needs in Mexico please contact Grupo Nacional Provincial!!!!!!!!! they also don´t pay but what the hell!!!!!!! at least the money is being kept in Mexico and not shipped of to some foreign strange lands! Yuppiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .
