The biopic focuses on her relationships with heart surgeon Dr. Hasnat Khan (played by Naveen Andrews) and Dodi Fayed (played by Cas Anvar) . British-Australian actress Naomi Watts plays the role of Diana. The film is scheduled for release in 2013.
