Juggalos

This was discussed over at NPOV noticeboard and at reliable sources noticeboard, where independent reviewers not affiliated with the Juggalo fanbase (not gang) determined that many of the sources being used for the criminal activities article were not reliable and many were also not neutral. Also, there is no evidence of ANY Juggalo gangs at all. And considering that you've made some very not neutral statements about Juggalos on my talk page, I believe that the conflict of interest is on your end. --BigBabyChips (talk) 20:37, 21 January 2013 (UTC)

  • You are obviously not acting in good faith in stating that you have "bent over backwards to make the article fit your opinions". I have never stated anything about making articles fit "my opinions". I've expressed reasonable concerns about the statements and claims made in these articles and for you to act offended because I am asking for neutrality and not contentious, absurd claims paints an unfavorable picture of yourself. If you were truly acting in good faith, you would not take offense over legitimate concerns that are covered by WP:NPOV and WP:BLP guidelines. Now, ask yourself why you are so desperate to paint a music fanbase as a gang when rational evidence would parlay that there is no evidence connecting any music to violence or criminal activity. It is revealing how requests for you to act reasonably in your edits are met with unreasonable complaints and temper tantrums. BigBabyChips (talk) 20:59, 27 January 2013 (UTC)

A gross violation of WP:BLP policy

It has come to my attention that when you created the Juggalos (gang) article, you cited a Seattle Weekly blog repeatedly as a source for the 'gang' being involved in serious criminal activity. As the blog (a questionable source to be using anyway) makes clear, the individuals named are suspects, and have been convicted of nothing. This is a gross violation of WP:BLP policy, and I suggest that you familiarise yourself with such policy (and other policies regarding sourcing - e.g. WP:RS) before editing similar articles. AndyTheGrump (talk) 19:29, 29 January 2013 (UTC)

Actually, make that two gross WP:BLP violations - you cited ABC as as a source for the murder of Tony Locascio - the source actually states that the individuals named were "arrested in connection with the attack". At this point, I can think of few reasons not to raise this matter at ANI, and ask that your disregard for policy be looked into. AndyTheGrump (talk) 20:04, 29 January 2013 (UTC)

And on the subject of misuse of sources, your edit to the Aryan Circle article asserting that an alliance with Juggalo gang members had been 'revealed' was a misrepresentation - the source (questionable, as primary - if it actually is what it purports to be) makes clear that these were 'reported', and 'claims'. At this point, I'm beginning to wonder if your entire edit history needs investigation. AndyTheGrump (talk) 20:30, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
And can you explain how you use the same questionable source in the Sureños article, when the document makes no mention of Sureños whatsoever? AndyTheGrump (talk) 20:37, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
Looking into this further, the document is sourced to publicintelligence, net, and per a recent discussion at the Misplaced Pages:Reliable sources/Noticeboard cannot be cited as a reliable source at all - see here . AndyTheGrump (talk) 20:46, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
