dissimulation and revelation of bias

I have apologised in a more public place for throwing out COI, which was indeed unjustified.

Nevertheless, I do believe that given your evident default position of opposing anything that is in any way positive about China, it is incumbent on you to declare your prejudices in making your !vote. While I am happy to believe that it is not malevolent or intended to deceive, it still has that effect. Hi Kevin. Thanks for your feedback. I don't think I meed the second definition either. I would have opposed that rail line anywhere: in China, India, the United States, because it's not finished. Same with the stabbing. I'm openly hostile to the Chinese empire, but my feelings have no place in the decision making process at ITN. I keep the two separate. You'll notice my comments were "Oppose - line is not finished", and not "Oppose - built with slave labour". I'm certain that the line was build with slave labour, but ultimately that is irrelevant.
