Sourcing

Hello, 110.174.147.166. Your edits at the Eye color article (such as this and this) keep getting reverted because your additions are unsourced. The text that you keep adding is supposed to be supported by the image description (description listed on the image when you click on it) and/or WP:Reliable sources. For example, none of the image descriptions state that the eyes have central heterochromia. That is your observation. I've had to revert you at the Heterochromia iridum article as well, as seen here; that needs to be sourced if it's to stay. This and this addition to that article are also unacceptable. Even this alteration by another editor doesn't negate that. Thus, I removed it.

You need to familiarize yourself with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines, especially the policy (WP:Verifiability) and guidelines on sourcing, if you are to continue contributing to this site. See Help:Getting started. And remember to always sign your user name when commenting/replying on a talk page so that readers will know who made the comment. At the end of your comments, you should simply type four tildes (~), like this: ~~~~Flyer22 (talk) 17:54, 15 October 2012 (UTC)

Hello, and welcome to Misplaced Pages. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Eye color. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Misplaced Pages this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Misplaced Pages is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. - Vianello (Talk) 19:01, 16 October 2012 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Widr. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Eye color without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Misplaced Pages with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Widr (talk) 11:57, 23 October 2012 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 2 weeks for edit warring, as you did at Eye color. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. - Vianello (Talk) 16:25, 25 October 2012 (UTC)

Stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Misplaced Pages, as you did at Talk:Eye color after my warning to you not to edit in such a way, you will be blocked from editing. Flyer22 (talk) 03:52, 6 May 2013 (UTC)

Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on User_talk:Flyer22#Stupid_Asian_Bitch. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Misplaced Pages. Lova Falk talk 06:06, 6 May 2013 (UTC)
