Welcome to Guy Macon's Misplaced Pages talk page.

"Misplaced Pages's articles are no place for strong views. Or rather, we feel about strong views the way that a natural history museum feels about tigers. We admire them and want our visitors to see how fierce and clever they are, so we stuff them and mount them for close inspection. We put up all sorts of carefully worded signs to get people to appreciate them as much as we do. But however much we adore tigers, a live tiger loose in the museum is seen as an urgent problem." --WP:TIGER

Misplaced Pages:Flow
In case anyone isn't aware of this already, Misplaced Pages:Flow is software that is planned to replace our current way of editing talk pages. I would encourage you all to take a look and possibly comment on the project. Thanks! --Guy Macon (talk) 18:50, 24 May 2013 (UTC)

Goose/gander?
"The next time you revert one on my edits on my own talk page you WILL be blocked. Stay off my talk page."
But Mr. Macon - that's very strange. Some time ago you edited my talk page, removing some comments you had made but then thought better of. I asked you on several occasions to revert your edits, since I had read that it is considered bad form to edit another's talk page. As you spend a lot of time explaining to others how to behave, I expected you to remedy this breach of etiquette very promptly. But I received no reply, and the page remains as you left it, to this day. It is not even as if you hold some position of authority within Misplaced Pages. Can you tell me why you take such a disapproving view of Mr. Elvey's actions and threaten severe sanctions, but do not seem to feel that you are bound by the same rules?
