De'Marquise Elkins, 18 (who was 17 at the time of the crime and could not receive the death penalty or an automatic life sentence), is sentenced, after his conviction on two counts of felony murder and one count of murder, to life in prison without parole for the March 21, 2013 shooting death of 13-month old Antonio Santiago in a stroller, in Brunswick, Georgia.
