- Where is the error? An exact quotation of the text in question helps.
- Offer a correction if possible.
- References are helpful, especially when reporting an obscure factual or grammatical error.
- Time zones. The Main Page runs on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC, currently 13:50 on 9 January 2025) and is not adjusted to your local time zone.
- Can you resolve the problem yourself? If the error lies primarily in the content of an article linked from the Main Page, fix the problem there before reporting it here. Text on the Main Page generally defers to the articles with bolded links. Upcoming content on the Main Page is usually only protected from editing beginning 24 hours before its scheduled appearance. Before that period, you can be bold and fix any issues yourself.
- Do not use {{edit fully-protected}} on this page, which will not get a faster response. It is unnecessary, because this page is not protected, and causes display problems because this is not a talk page. (See the bottom of this revision for an example.)

- Spelling: Elizabeth Burchinal --> Elizabeth Burchenal. This article was renamed a couple of days ago to correct the spelling. Colonies Chris (talk) 12:13, 17 December 2013 (UTC)
- Tamar Park: This isn't quite right. The article is confusing on the subject. The link to Central Government Offices actually redirects to Former Central Government Offices, which refers to a building in the Central District formerly used for that function. Tamar Park is the home of the Central Government Complex, which contains several government functions including the Office of the Chief Executive and Legislative Council Complex and the current Central Government Offices, which are in the Main Block of the Central Government Complex - we don't have a separate article for that. - The statement about Mady Hornig refers to a medical claim for which the sourcing fails WP:MEDRS. Given the state of the evidence (see Thimerosal controversy) I think it is highly unlikely that a valid medical source can be found. I have added a contextualizing statement as a temporary fix, but this is absent in the hook, and the sourcing issue is still there. I'm not sure where I should put this/whether there is a procedure for me to follow, but I strongly recommend that the DYK be taken down. Sunrise (talk) 07:38, 18 December 2013 (UTC)
