Luke Adam Patel (born 6 October 1990) is an English cricketer. Patel is a left-handed batsman who bowls right-arm off break. He was born in Wakefield, Yorkshire and was educated at Outwood Grange Academy.

While studying for his degree in Sports at Durham University, Patel made his first-class debut for Durham MCCU against Nottinghamshire in 2010. He made two further first-class appearances for the team in 2011, against Warwickshire and Yorkshire. In his seven first-class matches, he scored 167 runs at an average of 13.91, with a high score of 32. With the ball, he took a three wickets which came at an overall cost of 271 runs.
