Basically an advertisement for a lawyer specializing in DUI.His most notable case seems to have been on a purely procedural issue. No significant national office--most of the positions are vice-whatever.. The ratings are of the sort "the best __ lawyers in" which are not reliable sources of notability. The awards are internal ones from the college where he is an adjunct . The article actually lists participation in a meeting as an award.
