Peter Rees is a film and television writer/ director and producer. He created and developed the concept and was the executive producer of the television series MythBusters.
Peter circumnavigated the globe by land and sea to win the 1993 Charles Heidsieck international Travel challenge. In 2006 he devised a successful World Record attempt. Programs he created have received a number of industry awards and honors including; the 2005 Silver Dragon from the Beijing International Science Festival and five Emmy nominations.
