Holocaust literally means "completely consumed by fire, originally applied to burnt sacrifices". The term can refer to:
Genocides
- The Holocaust, a genocide perpetrated by the Nazis
- Armenian Holocaust, the Ottoman government's systematic extermination of its minority Armenian subjects during and after World War I
- Ukrainian Holocaust or Holodomor, a man-made famine in the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic in 1932 and 1933 that killed up to 7.5 million Ukrainians
- Sikh Holocaust, either of two mass killings of Sikhs in the Punjab region in the 18th century
