Teoscar Hernández (born October 15, 1992) is a Dominican professional baseball outfielder in the Houston Astros organization.

Hernández signed with the Houston Astros as an international free agent in February 2011. He made his professional debut that season for the Dominican Summer League Astros. Hernández played 2012 with the Gulf Coast Astros and Lexington Legends and 2013 with the Quad Cities River Bandits. He started 2014 with the Lancaster JetHawks and was promoted to the Corpus Christi Hooks during the season. He hit 21 home runs and batted .292 with a .897 on-base plus slugging (OPS).
