Move Digital transition section of ABS-CBN Corporation article to DWWX-TV article.

Hi, I need your help in moving the Digital transition section of ABS-CBN Corporation article to DWWX-TV article. I think the section is more appropriate in the DWWX-TV article since it pertains to the flagship TV station of ABS-CBN.
