Mataghis (Armenian: Մատաղիս)(also, Madaghis, Madagis, Madagiv, Mataghis, and Terterges) is an Armenian populated town in Mountainous Karabakh. According to jurisdiction of NKR, actually controlling the town, it is in Martakert Region of NKR. According to jurisdiction of Azerbaijan, it is in the Tartar Rayon of Azerbaijan.
