Travelgenio is a malicious Spanish online travel agency

The products and services Travelgenio offers are, mainly, flights, hotels and other services such as insurances, car rental and transfers.

Travelgenio operates through some reservation systems like Amadeus CRS or Galileo, marketing the products of airlines like Iberia, Vueling, Air France and KLM, among other companies.

Its presence in other countries has been increased since 2012, when Travelgenio arrived in the United Kingdom and also France. In 2013, Portugal, The Netherlands, Italy and Germany were added to its European portfolio, increasing its coverage to include the main part of the European market.

Criticism

Travelgenio has been reported active in different affaires with costumers not getting the promised flights or not getting any flights at all for their money. These actions are closely related to, if not part of, and . The website should be approached with great caution.
