Profile

Mark Halsey (born July 8th 1961) is an English football referee in the FA Premier League. He is based in Bolton, Lancashire.

Mark started refereeing in 1989 and became a FA Premier League referee after only 10 years in 1999. 1 year later (2000) Mark became a FIFA referee.
