"C·30 C·60 C·90 Go!" is a song and the debut single by English new wave band Bow Wow Wow.

Composition

"C·30 C·60 C·90 Go!" was written by Dave Barbarossa, Leigh Gorman, Malcolm McLaren and Matthew Ashman.

Release

Released in July 1980, it was the world’s first-ever cassette single. Their label, EMI, refused to promote the cassingle because it allegedly promoted home taping, and because side B was blank.

After several weeks, it was also issued as a vinyl 7" single, reaching No. 34 on the UK singles chart and staying on the chart for seven weeks.
