Regarding your inclination to no longer contribute to the Abedin article

Sorry to hear of your apparent decision in this matter, friend. Truth is, the rest of us mortals trying to edit and improve Misplaced Pages are greatly outnumbered by the Hillaryland trolls constantly stalking any articles related to HRC, using tactics that tend towards group sockpuppetry, uncontrolled use of warnings, and other methods that often verge upon Misplaced Pages:bullying. I've pretty much given up, too, on trying to neutralize the POV in any Hillary-related articles, as I have much less free time on my hands than they do apparently, and given the shortness of human life. Your recent editing history at Huma Abedin shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

Each of the following diffs shows you adding {{NPOV}} to Huma Abedin:

  1. 00:15, 23 October 2015
  2. 20:08, 22 October 2015
  3. 03:28, 22 October 2015
  4. 18:56, 21 October 2015
  5. 02:23, 19 October 2015
  6. 21:59, 7 October 2015
  7. 20:41, 7 October 2015
  8. 01:54, 7 October 2015

Evidence that there is an NPOV problem has to be determined by talk page discussion and the consensus is against you. If not satisfied with the views of those participating in the discussion, the options at WP:DR can be pursued. What is not permissible is a slow edit war to force your views on the article. I suggest that your edits of the biography of Huma Abedin are not in compliance with these policies. Additionally, out of your 186 total edits on Misplaced Pages, 132 are to either Huma Abedin's biography or to the talk page, and all of those are devoted to attempting to promote negative material about her. This suggests that you may have an unhealthy fixation on negatively depicting this living person. We are here to write neutral, encyclopedic biographies, and if you cannot do that, perhaps you should find some other pages to work on. NorthBySouthBaranof (talk) 03:09, 1 November 2015 (UTC)
