FC Arsenal Kyiv (Template:Lang-ua) is a professional football club in the Ukrainian capital Kiev. Prior to 2001, the club was known as FC CSKA Kyiv.
The club is currently participating in the Ukrainian Premier League, where it has appears since the 1995/1996 season. The club is owned by the city's government, which has sought to abandon its numerous sports holdings. Because of this, Arsenal has been struggling significantly over the past few years financially, resorting to loaning many of its players.
The clubs greatest achievements include a successful Uefa Cup run in the late 1990s, defeating the likes of Serbian-giants Crevna Zvezda. The club has also managed to appear in the domestic cup's finals twice, losing both times.
