Dave Lichens is an American singer, songwriter, and producer based in Los Angeles.

in 1995 Dave joined legendary rock band Petra which exposed him to worldwide touring and studio experience.

After his stint in the ccm industry, in 1999 Lichens moved to Los Angeles and caught the attention of EMI publishings Matt Messer. After

signing with EMI, Lichens has seen his music used by over 100 brands, tv shows and films. His recent success has garnered him top ten radio singles in canada co-writing Heartbreak Coverup by Jesse Labelle, and Fefe Dobsons LP JOY.

Since, songs penned with his band Dave not Dave, have been used by multiple brands including Google, Microsoft, Applebees, Nissan, Tmobile, abc, cbs, fox etc
