It was founded by youth representatives from Greece, India, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, France, Italy, and Russia. The mission of the organization is a dynamic youth-led initiative that empowers, engages, and inspires young, talented leaders from around the world to suggest constructive social change. The organization provides youth leadership workshops, networking opportunities, and cross-cultural interaction events. The headquarters of the organization are in Prague.
