Overview
In January 2013, Magnon\TBWA (previously known as Magnon Solutions) was acquired by TBWA, and consequently became a part of the Fortune 200 Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC). TBWA is an Omnicom company and the fifth-largest advertising corporation globally, with 307 offices in 99 countries and over 11,110 employees.
Magnon Solutions (now Magnon\TBWA) was founded by Vineet Bajpai in 2000, as an interactive web design and digital agency catering to the domestic market in India. 2007 marked the establishment of Magnon\TBWA’s sister company, Magnon eg+ (formerly known as Magnon Interactive), part of eg+ Worldwide, for offshore web development and design services. The Magnon Group, including Magnon\TBWA and Magnon eg+, is one of the largest digital media agencies in India. Magnon\TBWA is a member of NASSCOM and Magnon eg+ is a member of the Electronics and Software Export Promotion Council of India (ESC).
