(AP, International Solidarity Movement)

Rachel Corrie (? - March 16, 2003) was killed in Rafah, Gaza, while protesting the Israeli War on Terrorism. While speaking via a loudspeaker and wearing a red coat, in front of a physician's house which the Israelis intended to bulldoze, Corrie fell down. A bulldozer then ran over her twice. Later, as a group of people gathered, a man was shot and killed by the Israeli military. Corrie, a student at Evergreen State College, was a member of the International Solidarity Movement.
