A non official corporation. Founded as an idea for profiting by insuring nations around the world from natural disasters including biological epedemics, financial crisis, and only civil war. Charging an annual fee to the sovereignty will grant a membership in the NIC, insuring the nation under the agreement of termination of membership if nation enters a non civil war as violation of contract a fee will be charged. The the cost of membership depends on the sovereignty's financial well being and so does the termination fee. Signing with the NIC, a nations leader will agree to the terms of the contract and it's termination law. Canceling the membership will not charge a fee unless under the 5 year expectation of membership contract, a nation canceling will be prohibited from resigning onto a new membership if under the 5 year expectation of memberships agreement. the sovereignty will be denied for the entire leadership of the leader signing and canceling.
