- Stop calling me a vandal! I do good things to Misplaced Pages and then you just block me!?! Please remove the block, because I'm innocent? Someone else is wrecking things with this IP address. Plus, this IP is all over schools and perhaps colleges, so I can't keep track of everyone. (142.22.186.13 19:44, 25 January 2006 (UTC))

- With this IPs record of persistent vandalism in spite of progressively longer blocks, I see no reason to think the vandalism would not resume if I unblocked you. Tom Harrison 22:09, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
- {{unblock}} Atleast trust some people!
- It seems that 142.22.186.7 has been blocked for good reason. I'm probably as close as you'll get to somebody who cares about the managment of this address. This address is the external IP of the Burnaby School District School District 41. This IP unfortunately is shared through all the schools in Burnaby. Most of our terminals in schools lack the ability to track individual users browsing habits. This makes unable to confront the vandals about the vandalism of an excellent public resource. I just thought I'd like to bring forth the truth behind this. As much as I would like to see 142.22.186.7 unblocked, keeping it blocked would be appropriate for the preservation of Misplaced Pages. Is it possible that Misplaced Pages only Blocks the non-resitered users rather than whole ip? Is that technically possible? I, as one of the resitered user, (and who did not edited for some years) feel not right about that. Moreover, the time of vandalizism indicates that it take places in nighttime, which means geneally at night school. (I am attanding to a day school) So, if it is possible, can wikipedia only block for nighttime? User:Kiryen 11:24, 8 June 2006
