Yes, but that includes the wording articles must meet the relevant notability criteria for the English-language Misplaced Pages – foreign-language Wikipedias may have differing standards, and the acceptance of an article in one language is no guarantee that it will be accepted in another. I think you need to expand the single sentence enough to show us that he's likely to be considered notable. PamD 15:54, 6 March 2017 (UTC)
