Frank L. Lambert, is a Professor Emeritus (Chemistry) of Occidental College, Los Angeles (CV). He is known for his energy dispersal conception of entropy which he discusses in his collection of "entropy.com" websites. These websites consists of copyrighted articles from the Journal of Chemical Education and the Chemical Educator that deal with a modern view of entropy change: the dispersal of energy in a process (at a specific temperature). Considerable non-published supplementary material concerning entropy and teaching it to beginners is also included. His work has been discussed in some chemistry books.
