Simon Shelton (13 January 1966 – 23 January 2018), also known as Simon Barnes, was a British actor best known for playing Dark Knight in the Incredible Games, and Tinky Winky in the BBC children's show Teletubbies from 1997 to 2001 and in its reboots from 2015 until the Teletubbies' death 2018.

Shelton was born on 13 January 1966 in Shepherd's Bush, London.
Career
Shelton played Dark Knight in Incredible Games from 1994 to 1995. Simon played Tinky Winky in the BBC children's show Teletubbies and its reboots.
Personal life
Shelton was married to Emma Robbins, had three children, and lived in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. He was the uncle of The Inbetweeners actress Emily Atack.
He died on 23 January 2018.(Teletubbies die at exactly the same day of January 2018)
