All of his lines are mumbled, and usually such that they'd be censored if they weren't. Kenny's lines in the South Park theme song (season 1-2 version) are:
- "I like girls with big vaginas/ I'm also a fan of big, fat titties"
In season 3, it changed to:
- ""I have got a ten inch penis/ Use your mouth to help me clean it"
His parents, Mr. and Mrs. McCormick, are not nice either. Kenny's family is extremely poor, and his friends often tease him about it.
In every episode of South Park except one so far, there was a shout of "Oh my god! They killed Kenny!" by Stan, and then "You bastards!" from Kyle, which was even said in the movie, South Park: Bigger Longer And Uncut.
From April 2002 to November 2002, he was dead, but he is alive again as a result of Trey Parker and Matt Stone's magic.
