Allobates undulatus is a species of frog in the Aromobatidae family. It is endemic to Venezuela where it is only know from its type locality, Cerro Yutajé, in the Amazonas state. It is diurnal, terrestrial frog found in mossy gallery forests, and a common species in its limited range.
