Madaghis (Armenian: Մադաղիս) is a village in the Martakert region of the Republic of Artsakh. It is located 30 kilometers north-west of the left bank of the river Tartar. There is a secondary school in the village. The Armenian Armed Forces won the battle for Madaghis against Azerbaijan in April 1994. Madaghis was attacked in April 2016 by Azerbaijan in an unsuccessful attempt at seizure.
