Ilyas attar qadri was born in the blessed month of ramadhan. ilyas attar qadri follows the hanafi fiqh although he accepts the three other fiqh. spreading the word of islam has always been a great aim of ilyas qadri. ilyas attar qadri is the head of a great 'non-political international propogational movement' its aim is to guide people to the good and fill their hearts and minds with peace and love of the holy prophet sullula hu alahi wasalam (peace and blessings be upon him his family and all his companions). The name of this movement is very well known to many 'DAWAT-E-ISLAMI' meaning invitaion to good. The people who are part of this can be identified wearing green turbans, which the prophet (peace and blessings be upon him his family and all his companions) wore.
