Winx Club is an animated television show that, as of 2004, is currently airing on Fox Kids in the U.S. It features fictional characters that use magic.
In the first episode of the Winx Club, Bloom is picked on about her bike by some rich barbie doll when playing with her pet rabbit she stumbles across Stella. Stella is being attacked by an ogre.
Stella is about to be blasted to smitherines but Bloom lets off some serious Winx and blasts the ogre. Bloom is then in trouble from the ogre but Stella uses her scepter and blasts the ogre. Stella then faints and Bloom brings her home. When Bloom wakes up the next day she thinks it was all a dream. Later that day the ogre attacks again and this time he brings a troll with him. Luckily the specialists from red fountain arrive and save the girls.
Together with Stella, Techna, Flora & Musa, Bloom forms the Winx. A group of first-year fairies. The Winx do everything in their power to stop te evil plans of the Trix, a group of three evil witches.
During the series, Bloom and her friends discover more of their powers, and grow to be the most powerful fairies ever.
