A Chinchilla Persian cat has a long, silky, white fur with black tipping giving it an elegant and glamorous look. Furthermore, it has dazzling emerald green eyes with black lining. The cute little brick red nose also has a black line and the paws too are black. The Chinchilla is one of the most popular Persian cats although it is extremely difficult to breed to the standard set by the feline pedigree organizations like FIFe and CFA. Over the past few years a number of determined breeders in Canada, Germany and Denmark have succeeded in rearing Chinchilla Persians to an excellent show quality.
