Frankenthumb is a 32 minute animated film written by Steve Oedekerk. The story changes the characters of Frankenstein slightly to Dr. Frankenthumb, Humpy (Igor) and "Pepper" (aka Frankenstein's Monster). It's silly, but well written, and the sets are realistic enough to be familiar for those who have seen classic Frankenstein movies. Frankenthumb was released in the US in 2002.
