Tucker Max is an underground celebrity, known from his personal website. He had created his page as part of a bet, then decided to post humorous stories from his own experiences, and has also added a blog and a forum.

Website

The primary attraction to Max's website are his numerous, autobiographical stories. Self-admittedly, his stories show a blatant disregard for others, is openly chauvinistic (detailing numerous sexual conquests), and admits to, as well as takes pride in, drinking copious amounts of alcohol. His stories show a strong narcissistic tendency. Due to his outrageous stories, callous attitude, unconcerned personal traits, and engaging writing style, he has been idolized by many (mostly young men) that encounter his web page, making him a celebrity of sorts.
Max attended the University of Chicago, graduating in 1998. He went on to graduate Duke Law in 2001.

He has also appeared on an episode of the MTV series True Life.
