Judy Marsales is a businessperson and politician in Ontario, Canada. She is currently a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, representing the riding of Hamilton West.

Before entering politics, Marsales was a real estate agent in Hamilton, Ontario. She began working in the field in 1980, and began operating Judy Marsales Real Estate Ltd., in January 1988.

In the 2003 provincial election, Marsales ran as a Liberal in the open seat of Hamilton West. It was previously held by New Democrat David Christopherson, who was not seeking re-election. Running a low-profile campaign, she was able to defeat New Democrat Roy Adams by just over 2000 votes. She is currently a backbench supporter of the government.

Ontario Legislature

In 2006, Judy voted against a private members' bill to cap property assessment increases to five percent. Progressive Conservative MPP Tim Hudak's Homestead Act was popular in the Hamilton West riding, but Marsales was one of nine Liberal members who voted against it. Marsales argued that there would be problems with changing the property assessment process.
