German Kuznetsov (born 25 March 1948) was a Vice President of Kyrgyzstan from 1991-1992 under Askar Akayev. Akayev replaced him on 27 February 1992 in favor of Feliks Kulov. He is ethnic Russian.

He later served as deputy Prime Minister in the cabinet until emigrating to Russia in July of 1993.
