- Delete Fails WP:MUG and fails WP:NFCC#1 and WP:NFCC#5 due to failing WP:MUG. Image is replaceable. The criteria for meeting Non-free is very stringent--there has to be no free alternative, and no possibility that a free one will be released in the future, and the fact that there are images of Derek Chauvin that could be released under a free license, or in the future (perhaps future courthouse appearances) means it fails the image use criteria and should be removed. - MUG: Not per my reading. The actual phrasing of "This is particularly important for " is very different from something like "This applies to all mugshots". To be frank, this is a far cry from a mugshot of a drunk guy with a black eye.
- NFCC#1: If the image is not yet available, it must satisfy "could be created". I think this is unlikely seeing as Chauvin is detained. Mouthpity (talk) 15:01, 21 June 2020 (UTC)
