Television: Episode coverage Start‑class Low‑importance

U.S. air dates in episode table

One of two things needs to happen with the "U.S. air dates" that are in the episode table currently. Either:

1. They need to be removed. Or,
2. They need to be moved into their own column (probably using the AltDate parameter).
