Disha Ravi is a youth climate activist from Bangalore, India. She is a cofounder, and one of the leaders in a Fridays For Future community in India, focused on bringing voice to communities in need. The group formed in early 2019. Ravi is a college student. She was inspired to organize after witnessing flooding and other direct effects of climate change on her community. And focuses on how communities in India are already facing the climate crisis. Ravi is also critical of how the Indian government is using the crisis to suppress democratic rights.

Ravi is an author on multiple editorials released by the youth movement.
